I’m Sarah Batel from Scotland, UK. Happy to be part of this community. Just thought I would introduce myself. I’m a 36 year old single mother and full time carer to my 2 children who are autistic, I also volunteer as a weightloss coach to help other women.
In my before photo below is the around the time I started my weightloss journey I was overweight weighing 80kg (176.37lb) in May 2023 ( I started my journey with. 30 day water fast)
and in 7-8 months with a lot of fasting s such as dry fasts, intermittent fast , change in diet and mindset and exercise I’ve lost over 44lbs. The last time I went on scales in January 2024 i weighed 115.7lbs (52.5kg)
